The license
Waddlecaps is provided by Slate Oak LLC and licensed to you under Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement. That agreement covers your use of the game, including its warranty disclaimer and limits on liability. The rules below only explain how we run the game's leaderboards.
Purchases
Items in the shop are cosmetic. They change how your mushroom looks and dances, never your score. Apple handles payments and refunds. Purchases stay with your Apple Account, and you can bring them back with Restore purchases.
Fair play on the leaderboards
Play the game as it comes
No modified or hacked apps, cheats, bots, or bug exploits used to raise a score.
We can remove scores
We may remove any score that looks wrong or breaks these rules, and we may reset, change or end leaderboards at any time.
Names come from Game Center
The names and pictures on leaderboards are Game Center profiles. To report an offensive one, use the report option in Game Center.
Just for fun
Leaderboards, medals and badges have no prizes, money or anything of value attached.
Changes to the game
We may update, change or remove levels, features and leaderboards. Online features rely on Apple's Game Center, which may sometimes be unavailable.
